In late 2023, our founder Shahid was helping a family friend send out a Kashmir honeymoon proposal. The day plan came from a 4-year-old Word doc. Photos came from Google. The PDF came from a free converter that broke the fonts. Pricing came from an Excel sheet that lived on a single laptop. The client never replied.
Two weeks later, the same agency lost a ₹2-lakh booking because a follow-up email sat unsent in a draft folder. "How does any of this scale?" became "Why doesn't anyone build for us?" — and the answer was simple: nobody had. Every "travel CRM" on the market was either too generic, built for North-American DMCs, or priced for enterprise.
JK Tour CRM started as a side project to fix that one agency's workflow. Pre-built Kashmir templates. AI-drafted itineraries. Beautiful Browsershot PDFs. A CRM that actually nudges you to follow up.
